Baked Oats no Banana

Baked oats are oatmeal that has been baked instead of boiled

– 1/2 cup oats – 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk – 1 teaspoon maple syrup – 1 tablespoon chocolate chips – 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Step 1

– Preheat the oven to 350F for 10 minutes. In the meantime, polish the parchment with vegetable oil. So, that batter will not stick to the baking tray.

– In the next step, blend the oats in a blender to make oat flour.

– Take a large bowl and add the oat flour, maple syrup, baking powder, and almond milk. Mix these ingredients in a blender to make a smooth batter.

Then transfer the batter to the baking tray. Spread the batter properly on a baking tray. Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top of the batter. Bake it for 20 minutes.
