For the Filling

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Sift together the flour, powdered sugar, and salt.

3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, egg yolk, and vanilla extract until well blended and slightly thickened.

4. Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture and mix until smooth with no lumps remaining.

5. Place a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet

Spread out an even layer of batter on it before placing in the oven for 8-10 minutes

Set in center but still jiggly at edges
