1. Slice the oyster mushrooms. Use the towel to absorb the extra moisture.

2. Fry the oyster mushrooms with oil. Cook until it gets golden brown

4. Take out the mushrooms from the pan and transfer it to plate

5. In a same pan, roast the butter, onion, tomatoes and garlic little bit

6. Sprinkle the garlic on the mushrooms. Garnish the mushrooms with parsley
