Keto Almond Flour Banana Cupcakes Recipe

Preparation Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 20 minutes Total Time: 30 minutes

– 2 1/2 cups of almond flour – 1 cup honey or maple syrup – 2 eggs – 1/4 salt – 1/2 cup milk – 3/4 baking soda – 1/2 cup melted butter or oil – 1 tsp vanilla extract - 1 pack keto vanilla frosting

Firstly, you have to preheat your oven or microwave at 350F (185C)

Use the large bowl to mix all dry ingredients

It includes almond flour, baking soda, and salt

The next step is to mix all the wet ingredients in a bowl

Eggs, Honey or maple syrup, milk & melted butter Blend  it

In next step,  ready your muffin pan

Oiling the pan using a brush

Now, it's time to transfer the batter to the muffin pan

Put the cupcakes pan in the oven & wait 20 minutes

On the other side, put keto vanilla frosting in a large bowl

Add some mashed banana in keto vanilla frosting bowl. Mix it properly

Take out the cupcakes from the oven. 

Use the piping to decorate cupcakes with vanilla banana frosting mixture

Put some nuts on the top of cupcakes  (optional)
