Steps to Follow
There are a few steps that you need to follow to make the vegan cauliflower wings recipe.
1. Preheat the oven
The first step is to preheat the oven to 450F for 10 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the baking pan and put the parchment paper on it.
2. Cut the cauliflower
In the next step, wash the cauliflower and absorb the water from it. Then cut the cauliflower into small pieces. The size of cauliflower pieces is cut according to your choice.


3. Make the batter
Take a large bowl, and put the all-purpose flour, salt, milk, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix this batter properly. If your batter is too thick then add some more milk to dilute it.

5. Put cauliflower on the baking pan:

6. Baking Time:
Bake the cauliflower pieces for 20 minutes. Bake it until getting golden brown. Check the condition of the piece in between baking. So, that it does not get burned.
7. Make the Maple ginger sauce
In the meantime of baking, you can make the maple ginger sauce. Take a separate bowl. Put the soya sauce, maple syrup, ginger powder, paprika, cornstarch, and water. Mix it properly then put it in a pan at medium heat. Stir the sauce until it gets thick. When it gets thick enough off the heat and wait for 2 minutes. Your maple ginger sauce is ready.
8. Cooling Time

Take out the cauliflower wings from the oven and cool down it for a few minutes. Then spread the maple ginger sauce on the cauliflower wings and bake it for 2 minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander or parsley. Your vegan cauliflower wings are ready to serve.
