Steps to make Vanilla Swiss Rolls Recipe
There are a few steps that you need to follow to make this recipe. This recipe divides into 3 parts.

Part 1: Preparation and Baking time
- Put the parchment on the baking pan.

- On the other hand, mix the dry ingredients. It include the flour, salt and sugar. Sift together the flour, powdered sugar, and salt in a large bowl. You can use the honey or maple syrup instead of sugar. Honey is healthy option for you.
- In a next step, mix the wet ingredients. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, egg yolk, and vanilla extract until well blended and slightly thickened.





- Place a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet. Ready your baking pan and oiling the pan by using brush. It is easy for you.
- Spread out an even layer of batter on it before placing in the oven. Nicely, put the batter on pan in a single layer.
- Bake the batter for 8-10 minutes or until set in center but still jiggly at edges. Bake it until get brown. You can check the batter in between of baking. So, that it is not get burn.
- Take out the batter from oven and cool down it for 10 minutes. On the other hand side, ready your table towel or any other cloth that use to rolling the cake.

Part3: Rolling the cake


- In part 3, cool down the cake. Make sure that cake is not too hot
- Fill the vanilla cream on the batter that you baked. Fill it properly.
- In this step, rolling the cake. Put the baked cake batter on a towel or use any cloth. Then roll down the cake with towel not too tightly. Do this step nicely. Otherwise, your cake will break down. Then leave it for cool down for 3 hours.
