3 slices peaches
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup melted butter
1/5 cup oats (any type)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400F for 10 minutes. Ready your baking pan by greasing it with butter.
- Take a large bowl, and add the peaches, sugar, cinnamon, salt, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Mix them well. You can use a blender or food processor to make the smooth mixture.
- Take a separate bowl, and add the flour, oats, melted butter, and sugar. Mixing these ingredients properly. Stir them while mixing. Add half of the fruit mixture to the batter and mix it.
- Then transfer the batter to the baking pan. Spread it properly on the pan. Now, the rest of the fruit mixture add as a topping to the batter. Bake the batter for 30 minutes. You have to wait until the crust gets golden brown.
- After baking is done, cool down the crust for a few minutes. Then slice the crust into bars. Your peach oatmeal bars are ready to serve and enjoy.
