Ingredients
Granola base
1.5 cups oats (your favorite oats)
1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter
2 tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
For toppings
2 cups vanilla yogurt (use any yogurt)
1 cup chopped peach
Directions
- Put the parchment paper on the small tray that you have in the home. Just use the plain tray that you used for baking.
- Take a large bowl, and add the oats flour to it. You can use the mixer to make oat flour.
- Then add the vanilla extract, salt, maple syrup, and peanut butter. Combine these ingredients properly. Make the smooth batter.
- Transfer the batter to the baking tray.
- Add the vanilla yogurt on top of the batter. Spread the yogurt all over the batter properly. Then add the chopped peach to it.
- Next, put the tray in the freezer for 2 hours to freeze the granola bars.
- After 2 hours, take out the tray from the freezer and slice it into bars.
